Beacon Leeds is a partnership of 3 Leeds-based charities; Turning Lives Around (TLA), Touchstone and Foundation. Beacon provides a city wide Housing Related Support accommodation service for vulnerable adults, couples and families to prevent homelessness and address housing need. Beacon Dispersed Support provides temporary supported accommodation for people experiencing a period of homelessness, have multiple and complex needs and may also display high risk behaviours.
The post holder will be primarily responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of properties managed by Touchstone-Beacon ensuring housing management systems are both effective and efficient in reducing void levels and rent arrears.
The post holder will also manage a small case-load of service users with a range of multiple and complex support needs.
You will need to have extensive knowledge of housing management and worked with people with multiple and complex needs. The successful applicant will also need to have excellent communication skills and experience of working with a diverse range of clients.
