Arfan is Touchstone’s Quality & Performance Director and has responsibility of supporting the delivery of high quality services across Touchstone. Since joining Touchstone in late 2012 Arfan has a held a number of roles in Touchstone and joined the Senior Management Team in September 2013. Before joining Touchstone Arfan held a number of diverse and senior roles in Local Government covering a 20 year period.  Arfan is committed to the principle of putting the lived experience of service uses at the heart of decision making.
